5) Full of calcium and protein from the milk, yogurt and banana
For serving of four people
-Whole milk - 1 cup
-Plain yogurt - 1 cup
-Vanilla flavored essence - 1 teaspoon ( You can use any flavored essence, vanilla was available for me
-Honey - 1/2 cup
-Frozen Strawberries - 1-1/2 cup
-Frozen banana - 1 cup
-Crushed ice - Optional
-Use a Blender or a Food Processor for this.
-First place all the frozen Strawberries in followed by the frozen banana.
-Then Puree these ingredients for 1 minute and add the milk and yogurt
-Blend for 2 minutes
-Add honey and vanilla essence
-Blend everything together until all ingredients are smooth and in a thick consistency
-I added crushed ices in the blender for an extra coolness, but this is not -necessary in the winter. It is best enjoyed in the hot days of summer.
Garnish the drink with sliced strawberries to your liking.
