Melt In Mouth

Melt in Mouth
Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've baked these sweet treats for my husband today. He loved them! Made them extra fluffy and fat for his sweet tooth satisfaction. haha. He said, they were 'Crunchy yet melting in his mouth'. Ooh I love to hear compliments =D

Here's the recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter/margarine (softened)
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups semi Hershey sweet chocolate chips

Instruction:

Preheat oven to 375 degree
Stir together flour, soda, salt in a small bowl.
In a another bowl, using an Electric Mixer combine butter, sugar until light smooth.
Add Vanilla. Beat in Eggs one at a time. Beat all and add in the Flour mixture.
Mix them all well with the electric mixer.
Stir in the chocolate chips.

Using a spoon, scoop out the cookie mix and place on a baking sheet. Don't place too close as they will stick. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until they reach to golden brown.

Take out and cool for 10 minutes.
Serve with milk!
